We aim to process your order within one working day of receipt of payment.
We deliver within New Zealand by Post Haste Couriers, who have a track and trace service. They do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you have provided a PO Box when checking out, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org – and provide a street address.
We always ask Post Haste to obtain a signature from the recipient (unless you instruct us otherwise in the Special instructions section of the check out). If no-one is there to sign when the courier arrives, this may cause delays.
Delivery targets (not guarantees) after pick up are:-
North Island: 2 working days
South Island: 3 working days
Rural Delivery: 3-4 working days
Post Haste Couriers does not deliver on weekends and public holidays.

If you do not get a satisfactory answer to your enquiry from Post Haste, please phone us on 07 868 9090, or email email@example.com, and we will require Post Haste to “track and trace”.
Post Haste charge us $3 extra for delivery to a Rural Delivery (RD) address. We will add $3 to your order if you provide a Rural Delivery address. You can avoid this $3 surcharge by making sure you provide a NON RD address.
International orders are sent by New Zealand Post economy airmail and typically take about 10 – 14 days to arrive.
